Happy New Year! 2018 is going to be a year of change for Cornerstone Health Center. One major change coming at the end of February is that we are moving our office space to the building on the rear of our current parking lot. The exact address is 2328 S. Congress Avenue Suite 2E. Because of this move, our office will be closed February 22nd through February 24th! We will re-open February 26th in our new space!! The easiest way to access the new office space is to ride the elevator to the second floor and the door to our reception area is directly in front of the elevator when you exit. Be looking out for the invitation for our grand re-opening!!
